Nutrition counselling is a specific discipline within nutrition and dietetics that combines evidence based nutrition science, psychology and counselling to help you understand and cope with issues involving food, eating and health.

Simone’s guidance is rooted in the most recent evidence. By working with a professional registered nutritionist you can avoid succumbing to the pseudoscience of fad diets and explore ways of eating that have some solid data behind them – ways of eating that might make a real, tangible difference to your health and wellbeing.

This is weight inclusive, non-diet nutrition science.
